Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasigs (LEAD) focus on educational development of all members of the Fraternity. A variety of LEAD events are offered year-round by Delta Sigma Pi, including: Schools, Provincial Conferences, Volunteer Leadership Workshops, LeaderShape® and the educational programs at Grand Chapter Congress. These variety of conferences, workshops and training sessions provide opportunities for you to maximize your potential in areas of personal, professional, leadership and fraternal development. Grants are provided by the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation to the Fraternity which in turn results in lower registration fees for all attendees.
The registration fee includes educational, leadership and professional development sessions; lunch; materials and unlimited networking opportunities for all attendees.
LEAD Provincial Conferences
The registration fee includes educational, leadership and professional development sessions; lunch; banquet and dance; materials and unlimited networking opportunities for all attendees. Personal, professional and leadership development, as well as operational topics are offered at these events designed for collegiate and alumni attendees. Provincial Councils meet at each meeting and vote on proposed changes to National Bylaws and Fraternity Ritual.
LeaderShape® Institute - July 19-24, 2015
The LeaderShape Institute is an intensive, energizing and unique educational experience designed to develop students’ ability to lead with integrity. This Institute will be comprised of approximately 50-70 students from all over the U.S. with diverse experiences, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds. At the LeaderShape Institute, participants create a "LeaderShape Vision" to create "extraordinary improvements" on campus, in the community or in Delta Sigma Pi. LeaderShape is most impacting when the participants make a commitment to test and apply the principles and skills they learn through making a difference for others. Thus, not only are you making a six-day commitment to attend LeaderShape, you are making a commitment to improve yourself, your Fraternity, university and surrounding communities with all that you’ve learned. For more details, visit www.leadershape.org. (Full Tuition Scholarships for this program cover accommodations, meals and program materials – you are responsible for your travel to and from the event. A travel stipend of $175 is also available to help with transportation/travel expenses.)
